Heavy rain, for some people is perceived as an issue. It incurs additional trouble when you’re travelling. Moreover traffic is usually more packed. However, it only depends on your mind’s eye as there’s always two side of every coin.
For instance, a heavy rain puts me in a position in which I need to get a cab, that unfortunately incur additional cost. But then again, I got this nice shot.

wow, im intrigued by the speed.
Glad that U appreciate it. It’s actually not really that fast. The mix of the heavy rain and the long shutter gave that impression. Though I do admit that the cab is not really driving slow as we were on the highway
